A person working as a Recruitment and Sales Specialist will be responsible for carrying about recruitment processes and sell of HR services.

MAIN FUNCTIONS AT THE POSITION:

• Independent process of recruitment and selection of candidates for positions at various levels
• Regular contact and service of Polish and foreign clients as well as coordination of workers there employed
• Maintaining good relationships with the client and the candidate
• Editing and publishing recruitment offers
• Acquiring candidates through active search for new solutions and alternative sources
• Keeping the database of contractors and candidates
• Active building of the company's view on the international market
• Preparing daily reports on the activities carried on
• Support of administrative processes related to the employment of personnel
• Preparing cooperation offers, negotiating terms and concluding contracts

WE WAIT:

• A minimum of six months of professional experience in the area of sales of services
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a human resources management, welcomed at the Temporary Employment Agency
• Preferred university education of human resources management, psychology or postgraduate studies in HR
• Knowledge and ability to use alternative sources of acquiring candidates
• Perseverance in the pursuit of set goals
• The ability to manage your work time in setting priorities
• Knowledge of issues related to the employment of foreigners
• Good command of English and / or German in speech and writing - necessary condition
• Developed interpersonal skills, communication skills, own initiative and implementation of ideas
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package
