Currently, we are looking for a candidate for a position of:

Project Manager for Global Telco Business

Main responsibilities:

 Provide professional end-to-end Project Management for Customers

 Manage and take ownership of customer projects throughout the full project life-cycle from pre-sales initiation through to project closure to ensure every project is delivered to schedule, on budget, and at the agreed quality

 Responsibility for planning and complex coordinating of the whole project

 Communicate in a professional manner with the client to ensure the client´s expectations are managed and met with deadlines

 Build and maintain a strong relationship with a key set of named Large and/or Complex Accounts

 Orders processing, data monitoring and its updates in the internal systems

 Handling issues according to internal manuals and alternatively according to escalation process

Key competencies and requirements:

 Strong project management skills and experience (Prince or ITIL certification is a plus)

 Understanding of service implementation processes

 Being familiar with telco environment/data networking

 Fluent English language (C1) in both written and oral form

 Proficient MS Office skills

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, presentation and negotiation skills with strong focus on customer

 Highly organized & professional with strong time management & prioritisation skills

 Positive ‘can-do’ attitude with passion to deliver

 Clear criminal record
