As a Private Equity & Real Estate analyst you will work in our Luxembourg office under the direct supervision of the Head of Private Equity & Real Estate, member of the Executive Committee and specifically investor relationship, reporting and operations.  Tasks and Responsibilities The candidate must have a good knowledge of the PE/RE industry and its regulation, especially AIFMD, achieved during a first successful experience on this sector and a specific academic background, with personal competences, good organization and problem-solving skills. The candidate will work on: 1. Private Equity and Real Estate Funds' operations:  Fund's Operation monitoring (cash flows, fees, etc.),  First level NAV and accounting review,  Capital Call management,  Liaison with C4F's Investment Management, Risk Management and Valuation Committees,  Review high-quality and comprehensive funds' periodical and yearly financial reporting. 2. Project Management: support the Project Management and PE/RE teams to manage and onboard PE/RE projects. 3. Relationship Management:  Clients,  Advisors,  Valuers,  Service providers (central administration, depository banks, lawyers, auditors, etc.).  Personal profile  Dynamic person with excellent relationships and organizational skills,  Excellent written and verbal communication skills,  English mandatory, another language would be an asset.
