Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setup and Management of Google Ads Campaigns - Search, Display, Remarketing (including Google Shopping and Hotel Ads);

• Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Goals and E-commerce configuration;

• Monitoring new trends and benchmarking; 

• Campaign tracking and optimization, maximizing ROI;

• Reporting. 

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education in relevant area to the position;

• Previous experience executing and managing digital marketing strategies in the main channels (SEM, SEO, etc);  

• Knowledge about advertising & lead generation strategies;

• Advanced and operational knowledge about key concepts - conversion rate; strategies for increasing direct bookings; sales funnel; assisted conversions; negative keywords; quality index and User Experience;

• Operational experience with automated reporting platforms (e.g. Dashthis & Data Studio);

• Google certifications updated;

• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
