Lyngby Local/International Operations Ref.: MD-057008 In Maersk Drilling we are on the lookout for a Performance Superintendent who can facilitate the execution of our Service Delivery Model across our fleet of advanced drilling rigs. We Offer You will become one of three Performance Superintendents in a team of 16 dedicated and result oriented team members. The team plays a key role in executing Maersk Drilling’s strategy of delivering added value to our customers by operating our rigs more efficiently than competitors and by offering services that go beyond what is typically the case in the industry. You get to travel 60-90 days annually and work with rig teams around the world. You will also visit customers, and potentially work at the customer’s for extended periods of time. Not only will you get a central role by working in the heart of operations, you will also be able to learn from the latest knowledge and trends in the industry by working with some of the industry’s largest and most professional operators. You will work from our head office in Lyngby and after a couple of years of successful performance you will have the opportunity to advance in Maersk Drilling’s growing organisation. Compensation will match your experience and skills. Key Responsibilities As a Performance Superintendent you will: 1. Facilitate the execution of our Service Delivery Model with a number of rigs in our fleet. 2. Work together with Rig Managers to partner with customers early in the well planning process in a way that leads to optimal utilisation of rig and crew capabilities. 3. Produce rig capability guides and ensure that periodic updates are carried out. 4. Assist rig teams and performance coaches in optimizing operational performance. 5. Facilitate rig capability workshop and well plan optimization workshops with MD personnel, customer representatives and third party personnel. 6. Facilitate alignment with customers in regards to KPIs. 7. Organise joint mobilisation and integration with customers and third parties to ensure all parties are ready for operations. 8. Facilitate after action reviews and carry out post well analysis on Non-Productive Time Who we are looking for 1. Candidates who have been involved in well planning (DWOP) and well planning execution within the oil- and drilling companies – potentially as a Drilling Engineer, Drilling Supervisor, Drilling Superintendent, Toolpusher, Maintenance Supervisor. 2. Job-relevant and certified educational background. 3. You must have the ability to engage with people at many levels, with many backgrounds and ensure steady progress. 4. Knowledge and interest in learning about key performance indicators and other performance drivers who can optimise service delivery. 5.
