More about us: Basta Urban Italian is a restaurant group running 5 Italian restaurants in Sweden. We opened our first restaurant in 2017 in Falun with love and passion for pizza napoletana and pasta fresca. On unique locations, we serve authentic Italian food with a twist to more than 1000 guests a day.

  • At least 2 years of experience in the kitchen required.

     

Job responsibilities:

  • Mise‐en‐place preparation and freshness.
  • Ensuring that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions.
  • Cooking and service of food according to the restaurant’s quality and service standards.
  • Training of kitchen staff as directed by Chef‐in‐charge.
  • Safety and cleanliness of all kitchen and food storage areas.
  • Ensuring high levels of kitchen team performance.
  • Contributing to creating a harmonious environment amongst all staff within the restaurant.
