Operations Administrative Support (m/f)

Your main tasks

• Take over the sales support for sales representatives
• Be responsible for registration, import and upload of valid bill of material and configuration
• Build, maintain and expand cross-functional relationships, and adapt to changing customer needs
• Develop a deep knowledge of processes, resources and tools in role
• Solve problems involving cross-functional partnerships
• Identify and drive process improvements

Our profile of preference

• Fluent in English
• University degree
• 2 to 3 years of business experience in sales administration, business support and/or channel experience, preferably in the IT industry and the indirect sales business model
• Good communication and interpersonal, problem solving as well as decision making skills
• Reliable, responsible, self-driven, result orientated personality
• Ability to deliver results in cross cultural and virtual organizations and to work with remote management model
• Understanding of “business support” function in a proactive way
• Good Excel skills (mandatory)
• Ability to learn new software and tools rapidly
