About the role

This role is a combination of Customer service, Technical support and Sales, as part of our Onboarding team. You will be responsible for the successful deployment and adoption of our clients' customers who are new users with trial period accounts. This role will focus on customers that contact support (inbound calls) for a variety of technical issues and account set up. Successful deployments will be measured by the amount of conversion and upsell, the productivity, and customer satisfaction surveys.

Main duties

  • Deliver excellence in customer service in an efficient, professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Build rapport with the customer through the sale cycle, and technical case management, from first call to product adoption and case resolution.
  • Account Management with the end goal of customer satisfaction.
  • Maximise upselling opportunity and first call resolution, by the skillful use of intuitive open questions, identifying customers’ needs before they do
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and emphasize on customer experience
  • You will develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within the client’s company
  • You will capture required data and process through appropriate systems.
  • Working as part of fun and dynamic team you will establish and maintain effective working relationships with your co-workers, managers and clients

Your profile:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish/Portuguese/ French – written and verbal
  • Minimum of 1 years Sales experience (with experience in upselling a distinct advantage)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must for this role
  • Highly confident and professional manner with strong planning and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, with excellent organisational skills, thriving in a highly target driven environment
  • You will have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Good IT skills
  • Advertising sales experience desirable
  • Selling of software/technical equipment desirable
