About the role

We are looking for an excellent Candidate to join our Voxpro team. This  role is to support the  MangoPay Paris, London & Berlin sales teams with inbound sales leads from our base in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity for super talented people to join an exceptional team. As a member of this team you are going to provide AWESOME support and assistance to customers in our client’s community by phone and email. 

This role will focus on the various business customers that contact support. Successful deployments will be measured by customers’ satisfaction, product usage, and ultimately conversion. Maximise upselling opportunity by the skillful use of intuitive open questions, identifying customers’ needs before they do.

• AIM: Support the Paris, London & Berlin sales teams with inbound sales leads
• The main function of role will be to qualify and distribute inbound sales leads (via email and phone) to the appropriate team member across the EMEA sales team. Successful deployments will be measured by customers’ satisfaction, product usage, and ultimately conversion. Maximise upselling opportunity by the skillful use of intuitive open questions, identifying customers’ needs before they do.
• In this role you will be managing the front lines of interaction with MANGOPAY potential customers.

Your profile:

• 1+ year(s) of sales experience, ideally with experience in the payments sector ideally selling an API
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent English and Spanish 
• Experience of building and nurturing prosperous business relationships with customers.
• Energetic self-starter
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must for this role. You will have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Organized with the ability to work well independently and as part of external and internal teams;.
• Interest in technology/fintech, new business models and keeps up to date on related topics
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Understanding of REST APIs would be appreciated
