Manager/Coach - Product Managers - Vilvoorde

For our customer in Vilvoorde, we are looking for a Manager/Coach - Product Managers to lead, coach, guide and inspire the team of Product Managers. 



Tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, guide and inspire the team of Product Managers
• Help define the product vision, strategy and product roadmap.
• Coach Product Managers with writing of high quality epics and user stories for new functionality based on long & short term roadmap;
• Coach the team in preparing and presenting high quality product enablement training and give product knowledge sharing sessions;
• Guide the Product Managers as domain and product experts;
• Organize team meetings, regular one-on-one meetings, define a career path, organise team building activities, foster collaboration within the team and outside the team;
• Collaborate with the Product leads, Product Architects, Agile coaches and QA managers in the engineering team to release software to the customer base and to optimise the process from idea to released feature;
• Willing to travel 15% of the time;

Required:

• Bachelor or University degree;
• +7 years of relevant Product Management, Product Owner or Business Analyst experience in an enterprise software product development environment;
• +3 years experience of leading a team of Product Managers, Product Owners and Business Analysts;
• Experience with Agile product backlog management tools (i.e. Aha!, Jira & Confluence) and story mapping tools;
• Fluent in English;
