Are you ready to understand the legal framework of our joint committees?

Do you have a strong personality that allows you to define your domain and gain authority so that the daily operations work within the lines of the legal framework?

Do you have broad interests? So you not only learn legislation but also how our company is organized, what the roles are within the various departments and how HR is intertwined.

Do you have an analytical mind to carry out projects as a junior expert in complex themes such as HR tools, cost engineering, learning & development and much more?

This can be in a decentralized role within a cluster of operations, at site level or at business unit level, depending on your skills and interests.
