Job offer description
As a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Melexis, you will:
- Lead improvement projects to increase productivity, maximize profitability and improve customer satisfaction; this includes studying, organizing and leading
- Transfer and/or releases of products testing on local manufacturing sites
- Process flow and test time improvements
- Ensure standardization and alignment of product flows and manufacturing methods (eg. retest process alignment on all manufacturing sites) Support deployment of local corrective actions across all manufacturing sites
- Analyse, define and manage problem-solving process in manufacturing set-up issue triage and resolution, in order to come to lean production flow
- Support releases of new products in manufacturing
- Support development and process team in reaching error-proof test solutions in manufacturing for final product release
- Act as 5S and lean champion through developing and conducting training to build capabilities on manufacturing processes and lean Six Sigma approach (including 5S method)

Your profile:
- Master Degree in Engineering
- Successful experience in Production Engineering or Product Quality Assurance or Test engineering
- Genuine interest in Lean / 6 Sigma / Kaizen and continuous improvement mindset coupled with the applied knowledge of these methods
- Working experience in integrating different cultural background
- Hands-on mentality
- Pragmatic & Strategic thinking ability
- Effective Communication skills in English
