Kitchen assistant

Main task:

• Pre-processing of foodstuffs and preparing simple dishes.
• Washing, transporting and storing the dishes.
• Storing foodstuffs.
• Handling waste, packaging and kitchen linen.
• Cleaning kitchen areas and utensils.
• Keeping records.
• Other appropriate tasks as assigned.

Education level:

• Short upper secondary vocational education.
• Alternatively successfully completed elementary education.

Work experiences:

• 12 months.

Competency:

• Systematic. 
• Reliable. 
• Detail oriented. 
• Interpersonal skills.
• Team work.
• Preserves impeccable personal hygiene standards and has a tidy appearance.

Responsible for:

• Completing work tasks safely, professionally and on time.
• Prompt reaction in case of discrepancy with standards.
• Economical use of resources.

• Temporary contract (6-12 months) with 1 month probation period.
