Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie
Full and part-time hours available
Starting salary of €12.58 per hour, rising to €13.21 per hour once trained
Are you currently a Chef who is looking to develop their knowledge, gain new skills and move into a leadership role?
Then this is an exciting opportunity to join one of our friendly kitchen teams as a Line Cook (Junior Chef de Partie) whilst undertaking a structured training programme with a pay increase when you have successfully completed your training.
Upon successful completion of the training, you will continue in your role as a Line Cook with the opportunity to progress to the next level of the kitchen brigade as a Kitchen Supervisor (Chef de Partie)

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will prepare, cook and present menu items to agreed standards. You will assist the Kitchen Managers with the general supervision and coaching of the Kitchen Assistants and deputise for the Kitchen Managers in their absence; maintaining the smooth running of the kitchen.
Your duties will include:
HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time role, working across a range of straight-shifts, including daytimes, evenings and weekends, so you must be flexible in terms of working hours, but we will gladly discuss your requirements at interview stage.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, able to motivate a team and have excellent communication skills.
