Internal Project Manager

For our Project Site Execution department within Offshore, we are looking for an Internal Project Manager. As an Internal Project Manager, you will be responsible for internal improvement initiatives and various ad hoc tasks for the management. You will primarily work across our departments in Denmark, UK and Germany but also between back office and our construction sites. What are my responsibilities? • Identifying, driving and implementing internal improvement initiatives, such as internal projects, improvement of procedures, aligning procedures between countries and improving the IT landscape • Coordinating the portfolio of cross organizational projects involving our Project Site Execution department • Reporting to management about progress and recommended actions and potential new initiatives • Support internal project and also be and internal project manager • Secure progress of the various initiatives • Compile business cases for internal projects • Various ad hoc tasks for management What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have a bachelor degree combined with 2-3 year work experiences, preferably from the wind energy sector • You have a background in finance, project management or similar with technical flair, • You are proactive, self-driven and analytical • You have a good business sense • You are persistent and result oriented • As person, you must be a team player thriving in a dynamic, hectic and intercultural environment • Finally, you are a strong communicator and possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing and possess excellent intercultural competences In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
