Position:  Guest Services Agents

Location:  OBIDOS, Portugal

 

Main responsibilities / Tasks: 

As a GSA your main focus will be welcoming the guests and assist them throughout their stay. You will provide excellent service by creating personal connections with the hotel & resort’s guests. In this position, you will have a direct impact on the overall guest experience and will be responsible for ensuring total satisfaction from the moment guests arrive at the hotel until the moment they check out

 

Required profile:

Skills requirements: Customer Service, Communication, Customer Oriented, product knowledge, Organization, Hosting, Flexibility and Adaptability; Attention to Detail

Professional experience: desirable

Language skills: Fluent English, Portuguese basic knowledge required 

Certification/Training  in Hospitality/Accommodation Operations or equivalent will be considered an asset

 

The company offers:

* 3 to 6 months contract

* 40h/ week  - 2 days off

* Meals in cafeteria
