Guest Relations Officer 


Your main accountabilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service
  • Excellent knowledge of the resort and the facilities as well as of daily events, activities and food & beverage functions in order to provide accurate information to guests
  • Be fully informed about the daily workload of the hotel (arrivals, departures, VIP guests and rest functions)
  • Manage all guests’ complaints in a professionally way and ensure that every issue has been resolved promptly and effectively
  • Liaise closely with Reception, Housekeeping and F&B regarding VIP amenities and special requests
  • Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance (grooming standards, clean uniform, body odors)

Your main qualifications/skills:

  • Enthusiastic with friendly personality
  • Fluency in English
  • Good command of a second language ( German, French) would be a plus
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of Protel
