· Support month end processing and reconciliations in compliance with control policies
· Actively contribute to continuous process improvement
· Drive queries back into the business units to obtain the required actions and timely resolution
· Journal processing and reconciliations
· Executes bulk of routine inbound queries and disputes as well as routine audit tasks
· Support and facilitate training to transfer site knowledge to the SSC Team who will operate the services

· 1-3 years of relevant experience

· Upper-intermediate level in French language
