The Celtic Ross Hotel is well placed in the wonderful tourist centre of Rosscarbery in the heart of West Cork and we are currently recruiting full time experienced Food & Beverage Service staff.

Our Food & Beverage department is a multi-faceted & busy operation that has and AA Rosette Restaurant, caters for large Dinner Dances & Weddings and serves Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Afternoon Tea & Evening Dinner Menu in our various outlets. 

We are looking for motivated people to join our team. If you have a winning attitude, love working with people and you really care about winning service then the Celtic Ross is the place for you.

The ideal candidate must be:

• Customer focused • friendly • responsible • a team player • have the ability to work well and efficiently under pressure • flexible with hours • have good written and spoken English • Food & drink knowledge is an advantage training will be provided

Staff accommodation is available along with access to our gym and pool.
