Food and Beverage Assistant
The Galway Bay Hotel is now recruiting for Food & Beverage Assistants to join our dynamic Restaurant and Bar Teams. Both Part-time and Full-time hours are available immediately.

Opportunities exist in our Bay Brassiere Restaurant and the Atlantic Bar so if you have previous experience in a similar role and you would like to join a dynamic, and fun team then this might be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
- To maximize guest satisfaction by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant.
- Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
- To ensure that all guests are warmly welcomed and that orders are taken efficiently.
- To always be familiar with product offering (i.e. the menu, beverages on offer, wine list, etc).
- To ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and in accordance with the Company standard of presentation.
- To ensure the restaurant, bar and all Food & Beverage outlets are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.
A little bit about you:
- You have a good level of English
- You have at least 1 year of previous experience in a Food and Beverage role
- You are an energetic, customer focused individual who enjoys working as part of a dynamic, fun team
- You have excellent communication skills and an inviting manner
