For our Offshore Project Management department in Vejle, Denmark, we are looking for an independent and dedicated Financial Cost-Out Coordinator to ensure continuous productivity improvement by prioritizing and implementing cost-out initiatives within the organization. In this position you will work side-by-side with the Technical Cost-Out Coordinator to execute and further develop the cost-out processes within the unit. Furthermore, you will provide the management team with sufficient reporting and observations for decision making. What are my responsibilities? • Preparing and calculating business cases for cost out initiatives and verifying financial implementation in customer projects • Ensuring that cost-out targets are met by keeping the momentum going and utilizing initiatives across business units • Maintaining close collaboration and alignment with main stakeholders in order to prioritize cost-out activities with respect to the complete portfolio • Ensuring adequate, transparent and accurate reporting • Acting as the competence center for cost-out methodology within Offshore Project Management • Providing support for reviews and audits requested by Division, Sector or internally What do I need to qualify for this job? • Education at minimum bachelor level within project management, finance, strategy or business administration • Experience in both business controlling and project controlling would be ideal • Broad commercial understanding as well as an interest in technical aspects in the construction industry • Experience in a Siemens entity or the energy sector is an advantage • Self driven with a solution-oriented approach • Ability to work independently without close guidance • Good English skills, both orally and in writing • Microsoft Office knowledge In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
