Financial Controller (m/f)

Luxembourg Investment Solutions S.A. (LIS) is a leading third-party Alternative Investment Fund Manager and UCITS management company with a strong focus on Private Equity, Real Estate and Debt Funds.

We help investment managers and investors materialize their investment ideas through turnkey solutions in all aspects of administration and servicing of the investment vehicle and supporting structure.

Due to our continued successful expansion, we are looking for a:

Financial Controller (m/f)

Your main responsibilities:

 Ensure the preparation of timely financial accounts in accordance to local regulation and company requirements.

 Effectively manage the working capital components of the business, in particular cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable and taxes.

 Monitor and review performance against budgets/forecasts, including preparation of regular reports to senior management.

 Prepare rolling forecasts of profit/loss, balance sheets and cash flows.

 Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts and reports.

 Reviewing systems and procedures to ensure adequate business controls are in place and company policy is adhered to.

 Undertake the annual audit and prepare the statutory financial accounts in accordance with local regulations.

 Develop the annual plan, including production of budgets, forecasts and capital expenditure plans

 Ad Hoc requests from senior management team.



Your profile:

 Degree from a Business school in Economics or Accounting / Finance or equivalent educational background

 "Bilanzbuchhalter" or "ACCA" would be an asset

 At least 5 years’ experience in Finance/ Accounting

 At least 2 years of work experience in the field of Financial Controlling, from financial/ banking sector

 Experience in projects

 Experience in the Accounting system "DeMaSy" would be an advantage

 Excellent handling of MS Office applications in particular Excel

 Fluent written and spoken in German and English

     Excellent Communication Skills

 Strong team player

 Must be highly organized and detail / efficiency orientated

 Must have initiative to constantly improve processes
