Financial Consultant Trainee - Internship Job

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Nearshore Centers provide a combination of proximity (geography, time zone, cultural affinity), high mobility (e.g. work permits for Germany not required), legal requirements / Intellectual Property protection (compliant to Directives for Use and Reuse of Public Sector Information and Data Protection), and an overall effective cost.

Our main focus is the high quality deliver and customer satisfaction, together whit a strong early talent team prepared to grow and leverage SAP services delivery.

We are looking for Young  Graduates and/or Young professionals to be trained in SAP Solutions in order to build competencies for them to address requirements of customers in various industries and to deliver solutions to EMEA  Customers in clusters North and South (over 20 countries). These young professionals will focus their activity within functional finance areas.

Main activities expected:

• Perform Remote application specific solution consulting
• Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems
• Delivering functional components that meets a customer’s needs
• Willingness to participate in international projects

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Fluency in English (both written and oral) 
• University degree in financial, management or economics
• Team-oriented
• Proactive, self-motivated and capable to motivate the other
• Willingness to seek for new challenges and step-out of the comfortable zone
• Self-motivated and capable to motive the colleagues 
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Ready to travel for assignments (short term and long term)
