Job offer description
  • You will be responsible for supervising the sowing, growing and harvest programmes of our farmers so that they are able to deliver the appropriate supply of good-quality, fresh crops to the factory.
  • In doing so, you will take account of food safety, the environment and the long-term relationships with the growers.
  • You will keep an eye on the products by making frequent field visits and by providing expert advice to the farmers.
  • You will work in conjunction with them to achieve Ardo’s “green, sustainable aspirations” by finding the right balance between economic production and respect for nature.
