Job: IT Helpdesk Expert
Languages: Fluent English and French
Location: Prague (close to metro station)
As an IT professional, you will:
* Resolve diverse technical issues regarding network systems, computer HW/SW, telecommunications etc.
* Identify, analyze and solve problems
* Support both internal and external customers
Requirements:
* Fluent in English and French
* At least 1 year of similar experience
* Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
* Professional, Proactive, Customer oriented
* Able to work independently or in a team
* Familiar with Helpdesk functions
* Familiar with HTTP(S)/DNS/DHCP/Firewall/Proxy Server/Antivirus/etc.
* Capable of diagnozing the problem thanks to using appropriate approach of investigation
* Capable of prioritizing levels of urgency
* Able to work under pressure
