As a Customer Service Officer, you’re responsible for the first-line support towards our customers. You will register incidents or immediately delegate these to our operations engineers. You will join a growing team that is responsible for providing first-class engineering support within our DataMiner Integrated Operations Center. Our DMS-IOC is a team of seasoned IT & OSS experts who are consulted by Skyline customers around the world for support in their day-to-day DataMiner-powered operation.

[+] taking care of the correct follow-up of our tickets by deciding on the correct priority of the incidents

Technical Skills

[+] you can work with Word, Excel and Outlook

[+] you can speak and write fluently in English; French is a plus

[+] you are able to understand technical terms if they are explained to you Basic qualifications for consideration

[+] This position requires that you work from our offices located in Izegem, Belgium.
