Customer Care Specialist

MAIN TASKS:
- customer support, high-level customer service by phone, customer service, handling incoming and outgoing calls, working directly with client employees
- professional customer care service in the travel industry
- administrative tasks related to travel management, performing day-to-day back office tasks (faxing, copying, filing, and compiling research)
- obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries according to specific quality indicators
- error identification and handling
REQUIREMENTS:
- strong command of English
- Spanish language is a plus
- strong PC skills
- be trustworthy and confident
- be adaptable as we are
- crew scheduling, hotel, and/or customer service experience is a plus
- one year minimum work experience
