In the well-known restaurant in the south of Nuremberg, the employer offers its guests a variety of dishes from the first-class traditional Franconian and international cuisine to a 6-course menu - of course with exclusively fresh regional ingredients.

Let yourself be spoiled with a varied menu, especially seasonal and vegetarian specialties, as well as an interesting surprise menu.

Enjoy excellent service at the employer in cosy guest rooms, in the wonderful beer garden with its idyllic, covered arbour or in the little traditional Bavarian room.

Frame conditions and benefits for employees:

  • Working hours: Working hours are divided between the opening hours: Wednesday to Sunday from 11 am to midnight, part-time from 9 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 10 pm. Monday and Tuesday is rest day.
  • German language skills at least B1 level
  • Accommodation can be provided
