Job role as a caring Nurse Galway, Mayo, Roscommon:
• Myhomecare RCN/RGN’s will liaise with individuals family members, the Multidisciplinary Team to ensure the best client care outcomes are achieve and attend review meetings as required.
• Mandatory certificates such as: Patient Moving and Manual Handling, Basic Life Support training, Children’s First Training and Fire safety training, Infection Prevention Control in date, courses subsidised as needed.
