We are looking for an experienced and dedicated chef to help us further develop our kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Produce a la carte of high quality
- Daily cleaning of the kitchen
- Assist in developing new menus and courses
- Make sure the kitchen is in compliance with HACCP
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience from producing from an a la carte menu
- Experience in cooking asian cuisine is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Be able to work in stressful environments and in high tempo
- Detail oriented
- Interested in food and drinks and pairing of those
