Rakas Restaurant and Bar is part of the new luxury Arctic TreeHouse Hotel. Opened in November 2016, it welcomes local and international guests that want to experience “local food with love”. Our kitchen is led by Mr. Jonathan Guppy and our chefs have created amazing dishes. We are happy to offer open positions that will join our amazing team, who is always improving our guest’s experiences and are willing to take it one step further.
We are looking for persons, who enjoy working in a busy environment where every day and every guest is different. Our chefs work in an open kitchen, so they are as much a part of the live environment of the restaurant and the hotel as all other staff members. Chef
Just like every guest is different, our team is also diverse – your skills is what make you different and a big asset to the chef team that contribute to a happy guest at the end! Hygiene pass and alcohol pass is required as well as previous education for a chef position. Experience is a benefit, but anybody who is trained and has their passion for cooking is welcome to apply.
