We are seeking to recruit an experienced Care Coordinator/Scheduler to join our team in North Dublin. We will offer you a rewarding and ideal opportunity to fulfill your goals.

The role of the Care Coordinator is the key to guaranteeing that the service we deliver meets our Customers’ requirements and the expectations of our employees through effective scheduling and planning.

You will be working with the Management team and Care Supervisors in order to ensure the smooth running of the services delivered on a day-to-day basis. You are ultimately responsible for developing effective communication with HCAs and Customers to ensure they are aware of the changes on the schedules.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to

Completing schedules and hours allocation for the care team on a weekly basis

Ongoing maintenance of client schedules

Closely work with the HCA team to ensure appropriate carer is allocated to clients

Manage holidays request and sick leave and ensure cover is provided as required

Report to the Management team to communicate any staff capacity shortfalls

Assist and support the Care Managers

Focus on continuous improvement in scheduling

Perform other duties as assigned

 

Experience and Requirements

Previous experience as a Care Coordinator (Essential)

Full QQI Level 5 Major award in Healthcare Support, or equivalent and working towards achieving a relevant QQI level 6 award

Be a self-motivated individual with very strong communication and decision-making skills

Enjoy working as a team and have the ability to manage your own time

Strong planning and organisational skills

A full EU driving license and access to a car

Highly reliable with excellent timekeeping abilities

Fluent English
