Business Analyst (m/f)

Due to the successful partnership between SELLBYTEL and with one of the leading IT companies in the world we are currently looking for

Business Analyst (m/f) 

Your main tasks:

• Supports the team in periodic data consolidation and input to create business performance reports.
• Coordinates and follows up with Partners to ensure required periodic files are received & completed as expected.
• Supports staff in the Management Program Office in Ad-hoc requests, and other analysis requests as required – including case volume forecasting.
• Purchase Order Management:
• Supports Budget owners in the End to End Purchase Order management and quarterly consolidation, submission and reporting (from opening to billing to closure)
• Prepares Purchase Order consumption reports to support accrual submissions to finance.
• Partner with Accounts Payable to review financial reports to ensure on-going alignment
•  Supports Biz owners in the PO closure exercise, making sure all POs are closed after services are provided.

• Vendor Billing:

• Join conference calls to review invoices from vendors and ensure they are in line with the Purchase Order projections.
• Consolidating, reviewing and controlling invoices making sure they are submitted, accurate and paid on time.
• Supports Biz Ops managers by being a single point of contact for vendor payable related queries.

Our profile of preference:

• University Degree is a plus,
• Fluency in English
• At least 3 years of experience in audit, finance, and/or accounting background,
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written),
• Advanced MS Excel level,
• Experience in a business to business environment,
• Positive, flexible, team player and client oriented.
