The Ideal Candidate:

Reporting to the Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager, Bar Supervisor the ideal candidate will oversee the running of key functions in the bar. This is a hands-on role and requires an excellent level of organisational skills and customer service skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional to further their career.

Purpose of Job:

To ensure friendly and efficient service in the Maple Bar through prompt and courteous service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and enquire of their needs
• Create a positive and efficient environment
• Explaining all specials and drinks available to customers
• Taking order
• Serving food and beverages
• Ability to adapt to ever changing environments

• Ability to understand and carry out instructions

• Ability to work quickly and under pressure
