Inchydoney Island Lodge & Spa is a 4 star, award winning, hotel and Spa overlooking the blue flag beaches of Inchydoney. Situated 2 miles outside of the busy seaside town of Clonakilty are looking to recruit full time Experienced Bar & Waiting Staff.

Working with a dynamic team of young people in Dunes Bar & Bistro. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a busy team. Various shifts available. Main duties include serving of tea/coffee and alcoholic drinks. Serving of food. Preparation of Bar prior to opening and closing. Must have a flair for dealing with the public and previous bar or waiting experience is essential. Full time positions only available.

Quality restaurant operation are looking for an experience waiting person to join the team.

Required to service the restaurant and bar on a daily basis. Duties will include taking orders, serving customers, clearing and re laying tables and ensuring the highest standard of service is maintained at all times.

Must be hardworking, work within a small team environment and must be hands on.

Must be friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic.  Previous experience in a busy 4* hotel is essential. A qualification from a recognised Culinary Arts College is desirable.
