Admin Expert (English and Spanish)

Key Tasks:

• Handling administrative requests and queries
• Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Taking and handling direct phone calls

Requirements:

• professional experience is not required
• excellent command in English and Spanish language
• excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• high level of competence in MS Office
• working independently and in a positive team environment
• good analytical and problem solving abilities
• precise and persistant personality
