Accommodation Assistants
Druids Glen Hotel and Golf Resort is recruiting for experienced Accommodation Assistants to join their successful team. The hours involved will include mid week and week end work.
The Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience working as an Accommodation Assistant in a hotel is desirable.
- Flexible to work both mid week and weekend shifts.
Essential Functions:
- Maintains excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the Resort.
- Ensures all maintenance requests are communicated clearly to the Engineering Team.
- Deals with all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure that all checklists are completed.
- Follows Resort procedure for the acceptance, security and return of guest lost property.
- Adheres to Resort policy for key control and security.
