On behalf of our International Partner we are building a new team, department.

What you need to have:
- Fluent English and CCNA/CCNP certificate or equivalent experience in practice!
As a 3rd Line Network Analyst your scope of duties involves:
- providing Incident Management support for Data, Voice and firewall Communications, including LAN / WAN and VoiP and be able to resolve complex incidents e.g. involving routing protocols (BGP or OSPF) related issues
- To work within an ISO20k Framework
- To interact with external Customers, internal teams and 3rd parties
- To create, manage and resolve Incidents using the agreed process and Service Management tool
- Solving technical problem capability within a data network environment, identifying and correctly assessing technical issues, generating solutions and assessing risk, developing alternatives and mitigation/resolution plans, executing the plan and assess its effectiveness (in line with the 3rd line remit)
