We are looking for a Group HRIS who, working alongside the Group HR & Organisation Director, will promote and implement the implementation of the Group HR platform (Sap Success Factor).

More specifically, the resource will be required to, as a priority:

Manage the project from the process definition phase, to the subsequent implementation of the modules, in the different countries belonging to the group. Then follow the maintenance and updating of the data for the Italian offices
Train local HR staff in the use of the software and the constant maintenance and cleaning of data.
Support the implementation of the main HR processes, defining guidelines, timelines and implementation priorities on the different modules (employee centre, performance review, compensation).
Being the reference point for the platform within the Group HR communities.
 

The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements:

5 years' experience, in a similar role, in the HR function of structured companies
University education
Fluent English
Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel excellent)
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Team spirit
Resilience.


Previous experience with HCM Success Factors is an asset.
