Junior Chef de Partie

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen team at Dublin’s Leading Castle Hotel.  

 The Clontarf Castle Hotel in Dublin, Ireland is a perfect blend of a boutique and luxury hotel, providing unique style and exceptional service in comfortable surroundings. This unique luxury hotel in Dublin is well thought out from the guests' point of view by providing a modern aesthetic built around an ancient form.

We are located just 10 minutes from the heart of Dublin City Centre and 5 miles from Dublin Airport, tucked away in a tranquil setting, surrounded by fabulous golf courses and the sounds of lapping waters from the Irish Sea.

 Objective of the Role

Reporting to the Executive Chef and Head Chef the Junior Chef De Partie will work in a fast paced environment and play an integral part of the Fine Dining offering within this dynamic and award winning team.

Primary duties and responsibilities

• Previous experience at Commis  level 
• AA Rosette or Fine Dining kitchen experience is highly advantageous
• Passion for producing high quality food and service
• Ability to lead in a fast paced environment, as part of a team
• HACCP or food safety management qualification
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Requirements:

• In conjunction with the Executive Team, to ensure the consistent smooth running of food service primarily in our Knights Bar, delivering an outstanding gastro menu. 
• Maintain a high level of food quality which will exceed guest’s expectations with every dish.
• To ensure effective stock control
• To ensure that cleanliness and food safety is adhered at all times, HACCP Management.
• Assist in various other Kitchens as required
