Technical Support Technician – Vilnius, Lithuania

As a Technical Support Technician, here are some your responsibilities:

  • Responding to requests for IT support via multiple sources, logging service calls, generating trouble tickets, managing trouble reports, and monitoring their progress and resolution.

  • Monitors telecommunication systems and equipment in addition to troubleshooting any type of hardware or software incidents

  • Ensures that systems perform in a manner that meets business/client’s needs and objectives.

  • Provides Tier I & 2 IT support to the business and external customers

  • Responds to support requests by diagnosing and resolving service calls within guidelines.

  • Escalates more complex incidents and service calls to the appropriate level.

The annual gross base salary range is 12,943.00 – 22,189.00 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
