Join our Sales Operations team in this great opportunity to be part of a strong, international and innovative team supporting our international sales divisions as well as the French and German-speaking partners. Bang & Olufsen is looking for a fluent French and German-speaking Sales Operations Consultant to join our Struer based Support team.

Your mission

We work with both National Sales teams and partners; therefore, you will be a key frontline member in terms of ensuring sales inquiries and support are handled effectively. You will be the internal sales operations link between the partners and the Sales Regions and other internal departments to ensure that the Bang & Olufsen brand is professionally presented at all times. By offering proactive ways of working, you will be a valuable partner to all, help boosting sales. Stakeholder management will be a key part of your job as well as building strong relationships to the dealers in your market.

You will be the daily point of contact for German and French speaking dealers in charge of supporting the dealers and the local sales organisation in the German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France). This entails assisting with shipments, order management, upselling projects, coordination of new product launches and campaigns. Additionally, you will be secondary support for our partners around the world as well as contributing to Sales Operations team projects and updating and improving procedures.

Your location

As our next Sales Operations Consultant you will be part of our team of 12 colleagues in our Struer office and you will be working closely with many varied departments – e.g. colleagues in Finance Excellence, Shipping and Product Support team.

We strive to boost sales by building strong relationships with our Partners around the world and providing them with excellent service.  In our team, collaboration and communication and excellent support have first priority. What you bring

From a technical point of view, you will need to have advanced knowledge of the Office Package. Knowledge of SAP system or Right Now Oracle information system is an advantage. Technical understanding of our products is a bonus but not a requirement – you will have training on all relevant systems.

Furthermore, you:

  • Have a high level of customer service and be able to follow up in timely and efficient manner – preferably previous experience with sales- or retail support
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be comfortable communicating with partners and internal colleagues over telephone and email in German, French and English
  • Have a proactive mindset and relationship builder
  • Be a service-oriented team player
