Do you want to work with drug safety and pharmacovigilance?

As Safety Advisor in Global Safety Surveillance (GSS) you will be a key player in the safety surveillance of LEO Pharma established products. In GSS, you will get the opportunity to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world. You will become part of a department of about 15 Safety Advisors working with drug safety and pharmacovigilance for established products.

Job description

We are offering a job with considerable individual responsibility, challenges, and the opportunity to develop your professional and personal competencies. As Safety Advisor, your focus is to be globally responsible for effective safety risk management processes with main tasks being:
Preparation of Periodic Safety Update Reports and Risk Management Plans to the authorities
Signal detection and management
Medical assessment of adverse event reports
Preparation of safety input to various regulatory documents

Qualifications

You hold a University degree in health or biological science (MD, MSc Pharm, MSc, or equivalent). Preferably you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry, and it will be an advance if you have worked in a pharmacovigilance and/or drug safety department.

As a person you are proactive and have an open-minded approach. You can work focused, stay calm and work independently, as well as in teams.Strong collaboration skills is a requirement as well as an analytical mindset and an eye for detail. You must have good and strong written and verbal English skills.
