Global Graduate Programme

What is the Global Graduate Programme & what does our partner offer? It’s a 12-month, fast-track development programme to a management job for high potential fresh graduates and young professionals! The aim of the programme is to raise future leaders of our partner.

During the programme:

• Participating in a one-year-long program in manufacturing operations

• Possible assignments include shop-floor operations, IWS, process engineering, six sigma quality, materials management, supply chain management, environmental health and safety

• Challenging experience in: project management, team leading, negotiation

• As a member of this rotational program, you will have the autonomy to drive your projects and own your career

 

Who are we looking for?:

• Degree in engineering

• Fresh grads are also welcome and candidates with maximum 2 years experience

• Native Hungarian and fluency in English is essential

• High level interpersonal and communications skills

• Analytical approach to problem solving

• Commitment to a career in supply chain/services management
