Waiter (M/F)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• greet customers, present menus, and explain daily specials to customers
• take food and beverage orders from customers
• prepare drinks and food garnishes
• carry trays of food or drinks from the bar/kitchen to the dining tables
• remove dirty dishes and glasses, and clean tables after customers finish meals
• prepare itemized checks and take payments from customers
• set up dining areas, refill condiments, and stock service areas

Knowledge and Experience:

• high school diploma preferred
• knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
• able to fluently read and speak English, knowledge of German language is an advantage
• flexible and willing to work different schedules
• able to stand for long periods of time
