Job description
- Keeping in touch with the company’s clients on a daily basis
- Acting as the first point of contact for client communications
- Resolving issues and answering questions according to client’s needs
- Escalating problems to higher levels
- Administration related to everyday work
Job requirements
- Good understanding of written and spoken English, and at least 1 other European language on a fluent level
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer oriented and can-do attitude
- User-level computer skills
- Energetic, team player mindset
- Experience in customer care
