We are looking forward to a Patissier which loves his job and likes to surprise our guests.

You have to organize the following things:

- we have a sweet buffet in the afternoon, you make the goddies for it

- we have special desserts every evening, you surprise our guests

- you organize all the good sweet things which are on our breakfast buffet - cake, bread, marmelade, ecc.

- every Friday you organize a dessert-buffet after the dinner. Guests love it

- you help the other staff of our kitchen during the day, giving them a hand

- you have a good knowledge of how to make wonderful sweets and also learn the South Tyrolean and Italian desserts
