Integration - DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an innovative, creative Integration - DevOps Engineer who is ready for the challenges, responsibilities, and rewards that come with working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

As Integration - DevOps Engineer, you will

• Be a part of a team responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining the automatic setup and configuration of mostly Linux environments.
• Fit the bill for an engineer who likes to script.
• Create, maintain and document the virtualized and containerized systems.
• Work with the architects, developers, and validation engineers to come up with deployment architecture and tooling.
• Provide training and support related to deployment tooling to field engineers.
• Recognize the need for a stand-alone communication system to be highly available and self-contained.

As a prerequisite to becoming our Senior Integration Engineer you

• Hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering (Computer Science or Telecommunication) and have
• at least 3 years of experience in a DevOps environment
• Have a strong interest in Linux-based systems.
• Are inquisitive, have a passion for new technologies, are dynamic and flexible.
• Have scripting skills (shell, Python, Ruby, ...)
• Are eager to learn and to stay on top of new technologies.
• Are fluent in English.
• Have an affinity with one or more of the following topics:
  • RHEL/CentOS experience
  • Linux optimization
  • Configuration management with Puppet
  • Hands-on virtualization experience
  • Hands-on containerization/kubernetes experience
  • Cloud management and orchestration (like terraform)
  • Build automation and testing CI/CD
