Business Development Manager
Key areas of responsibility
This entrepreneurial and dynamic role is all about opening new markets ie new countries, for commercialization of our applications. It requires building groundwork for application launches by obtaining necessary technical prerequisites from local telecoms operators and in parallel, sales partnership planning and deployment to launch revenue generation.
The successful candidate will work on market opening in internationally. They will be responsible for identifying and negotiating with telecom carriers in these markets to engage them to provide us business services and in return, construct sales and marketing plans with them for them to commercialize our applications. Using our strong existing relationships with international technology company partnerships, they will work with local representatives of these global companies to develop go to market plans and ensure their efficient and successful execution.
Profile and Experience
- Minimum 3 years large account sales, channel selling or as BDM
- Strong selling skills with highly commercial attitude
- Demonstrate capacity to develop key account/partner entry strategies
- Strength in building strong relationships with key partners and/or customers
- Strong, adaptable, consultative selling skills with a proven track record of winning new business accounts and retaining clients.
- Outgoing and keen to make new contacts and undertake significant calling necessary to engage with right targets
- Demonstrate capacity to confidently represent company
- Presence to federate and mobilize different resources across business to achieve objectives
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Perfect English – written and spoken
- Good technical knowledge of IT, telecoms and software or related sector
- Be a self-starter and highly motivated to achieve goals.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously when required
- Comprehensive reporting skills
- Mobile for international travel

- Position based in Dublin and is a key player in our international Sales Team
