Serve as technical lead for designing, architecting, costing, planning, assessing, implementing and/or migrating of the production and test environment for HQ and Delegations. Enforce network security policies and implement best practice security strategies on the clients infrastructures. Perform security reviews and audits to help the organization with network security issues Troubleshooting of escalated operational incidents. Integration and test of new software versions, service packs, configuration changes. Drafting of procedures, installation notices and scripts for the integration, installation, monitoring and upgrade of services.
